On Saturday 21, 2013 Arena Multimedia, Rawalpindi arranged an educational tour for the students. Field trips are really important it shows students how the knowledge they learn in school is actually applied in real world situations. Keeping the importance of field trips Arena Multimedia Rawalpindi arranged an educational tour for their students studying in first semester to Pan Graphics and Printmall. A live demo of printing machines was shown to the students that allow them to understand the offset and digital printing process. Students were really excited for the trip. It was really thrilling for them to see various cover materials, see live samples of print. The entire work flow and the mechanism of the printing press and production were discussed. Students were taken to the control panel room where they were showed how the film exposing on plates is created and the way the folding and cutting machines, lamination and other machinery works for the smooth production. Students also learnt a few tips on the usage basic colours in a printing material: cyan, yellow, magenta and black. After such a knowledgeable and inspiring trip Arena celebrated the birthday of 5 students afterwards lunch was arranged.
